Unfortunately we only received our order yesterday. For some reason it was shipped 1700km in the worng direction and sat in Victoria for 9 days before it made it's way back to QLD. not your fault, but you may want to consider using someone other than Australia Post. (coming form someone that worked in logistics for 4 years)

Hi Marius, Thank you so much for letting us know. AND, thank you so much for your 5 Star rating on the Detango range, despite the delivery problems. This is so disappointing regarding the Australia Post performance as we aim to get the products out the same day as the order so that they are with you ASAP. We know that this Christmas period is challenging for all delivery providers, so hopefully, Australia Post will gear up a little more next year.
